You have to climb up from sea level - funicular, but closed on Monday! ! - and then walk beyond the Flame Towers, but it is well worth it. The space has around 300 memorials to worthies - poets... more »
Beautiful park with beautiful sculptures of Azerbaijani artists, here you can see one of the symbols of how a person in the name of a president can treat his people and country like a king and inherit this power over his son.
Well maintained, free entrance, and nice for a stroll. Not much diversity in the markers, but generally pleasant.
