Islamabad, Pakistan to Baku is an approximately 10-hour flight. The time zone changes from Pakistan Standard Time to Azerbaijan Standard Time, which is usually a -1 hour difference. Traveling from Islamabad in October, you will find days in Baku are much colder (21°C), and nights are little chillier (14°C). Finish up your sightseeing early on the 13th (Wed) so you can go by car to Gobustan.

Gobustan

Gobustan Rock Art Cultural Landscape (UNESCO Heritage) covers three areas of a plateau of rocky boulders rising out of the semi-desert of central Azerbaijan, with an outstanding collection of more than 6,000 rock engravings bearing testimony to 40,000 years of rock art.
Kick off your visit on the 14th (Thu): don't miss a visit to Diri Baba Mausoleum. On the next day, learn more about the world around you at Gobustan State Reserve and then make a trip to Mud Volcanoes.

Drive from Baku to Gobustan in 1.5 hours. Alternatively, you can take a train. In October, daily temperatures in Gobustan can reach 21°C, while at night they dip to 14°C. You will leave for home on the 16th (Sat).
