Fly from Nakhchivan to Baku in 3 hours. Alternatively, you can take a bus; or drive. Traveling from Nakhchivan in October, Baku is a bit warmer at night with lows of 14°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 8th (Sat) to allow time to drive to Gobustan.

Drive from Baku to Gobustan in 1.5 hours. Alternatively, you can take a train. October in Gobustan sees daily highs of 21°C and lows of 14°C at night. Wrap up your sightseeing by early afternoon on the 9th (Sun) to allow time for the car ride to Gabala.

Drive from Gabala to Sheki in 1.5 hours. Alternatively, you can take a bus. October in Sheki sees daily highs of 20°C and lows of 11°C at night. Finish your sightseeing early on the 11th (Tue) so you can drive to Goygol.

Located in the western part of Azerbaijan, Goygol and its surrounding countryside remain one of the most picturesque regions in the country.
