Gdansk, Poland to Baku is an approximately 14-hour combination of train and flight. You can also do a combination of bus and flight; or drive. You'll lose 3 hours traveling from Gdansk to Baku due to the time zone difference. Expect somewhat warmer temperatures when traveling from Gdansk in April; daily highs in Baku reach 19°C and lows reach 9°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 27th (Sat) so you can drive to Gusar.

Famous as the birthplace of legendary poet Nizami, Ganja is a truly ancient city still bearing traces of the myriad kingdoms and empires that ruled over it in the past.
On the 30th (Tue), explore the wealth of natural beauty at Lake Goygol. On the 1st (Wed), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: walk around Khan's Garden, then explore the activities along Maralgol lake, then make a trip to Nizami Ganjavi Mausoleum, and finally contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Imamzadeh Mausoleum.
