Gobustan Rock Art Cultural Landscape (UNESCO Heritage) covers three areas of a plateau of rocky boulders rising out of the semi-desert of central Azerbaijan, with an outstanding collection of more than 6,000 rock engravings bearing testimony to 40,000 years of rock art.
On the 13th (Sat), don't miss a visit to Diri Baba Mausoleum. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the next day: make a trip to Mud Volcanoes and then get a new perspective on nature at Gobustan State Reserve.
