Gobustan

Gobustan Rock Art Cultural Landscape (UNESCO Heritage) covers three areas of a plateau of rocky boulders rising out of the semi-desert of central Azerbaijan, with an outstanding collection of more than 6,000 rock engravings bearing testimony to 40,000 years of rock art.
On the 15th (Thu), contemplate the long history of Diri Baba Mausoleum. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the next day: make a trip to Mud Volcanoes and then examine the collection at Gobustan State Reserve.
