Jeddah, Saudi Arabia to Baku is an approximately 9.5-hour flight. The time zone difference moving from Arabian Standard Time to Azerbaijan Standard Time is 1 hour. Expect slightly colder temperatures when traveling from Jeddah in July; daily highs in Baku reach 36°C and lows reach 26°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 30th (Sat) early enough to go by car to Gabala.
