A truly contemporary city criss-crossed by history, Baku offers everything from the modern elegance of the Flame Towers to the medieval UNESCO-listed Old City at its core.
Step out of Baku to go to Gobustan and see Gobustan State Reserve, which is approximately 1h 5 min away. There's much more to do: contemplate the long history of Baku Old City, take in the pleasant sights at Baku Boulevard, stroll the grounds of Alley of Martyrs, and take in panoramic vistas at Flame Towers.
