A truly contemporary city criss-crossed by history, Baku offers everything from the modern elegance of the Flame Towers to the medieval UNESCO-listed Old City at its core.
Step out of Baku with an excursion to Gobustan State Reserve in Gobustan--about 1h 5 min away. And it doesn't end there: take in the pleasant sights at Baku Boulevard, enjoy breathtaking views from Flame Towers, explore the different monuments and memorials at Alley of Martyrs, and don't miss a visit to Bibi-Heybat Mosque.
