Baku — 4 nights

A truly contemporary city criss-crossed by history, Baku offers everything from the modern elegance of the Flame Towers to the medieval UNESCO-listed Old City at its core.
You'll explore the less-touristy side of things at Fortress Walls of Icheri Sheher and Philharmonic Park. Bring the kids along to Museum of Miniature Books and Oil Boom Architecture in Downtown Baku. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Baku: Gobustan (Gobustan State Reserve & Mud Volcanoes). There's lots more to do: get a taste of the local shopping with Nizami Street/Torgovaya, pause for some photo ops at Vahid Monument, don't miss a visit to National Flag Square, and see the interesting displays at Azerbaijan National Carpet Museum.
