Famous as the birthplace of legendary poet Nizami, Ganja is a truly ancient city still bearing traces of the myriad kingdoms and empires that ruled over it in the past.
On the 22nd (Wed), contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Imamzadeh Mausoleum and then shop like a local with Javad Khan Street.

Appreciate the collections at Heydar Aliyev Center and Museum of Miniature Books. Head to Nizami Street/Torgovaya and Ali Shamsi Studiofor some retail therapy. Go for a jaunt from Baku to Gobustan to see Gobustan State Reserve about 1h 5 min away.
