The City of Eternal Flames, the City of Winds

Zagreb, Croatia to Baku is an approximately 12-hour flight. You can also drive; or do a combination of bus and train. The time zone difference when traveling from Zagreb to Baku is 3 hours. Expect slightly colder weather when traveling from Zagreb in April: highs in Baku hover around 19°C, while lows dip to 9°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 30th (Thu) so you can go by car to Sheki.
