Baku — 6 nights

A truly contemporary city criss-crossed by history, Baku offers everything from the modern elegance of the Flame Towers to the medieval UNESCO-listed Old City at its core.
Give yourself a bit of retail therapy at Park Bulvar Baku and Nizami Street/Torgovaya. Step off the beaten path and head to Dreamland Golf Club and Philharmonic Park. Change things up with a short trip to Gobustan State Reserve in Gobustan (about 1h 5 min away). Dedicate the 17th (Tue) to wine at some of the top wineries in the area. The adventure continues: get a taste of the local shopping with Ali Shamsi Studio, examine the collection at Heydar Aliyev Center, appreciate the history behind Sculpture Girl on Bench, and go for a walk through Baku Boulevard.
